3D Plus and 3D Plus Online for Software Support Customers

All customers with a software support contract who also have a network license will receive the options 3D Plus and 3D Plus Online with their next license key update that is sent out with their software support renewal.

To upload stairs to the internet, customers have to purchase a stair contingent. 

Customers with the modules

  • Article 00119102 Planning License
  • Article 00719001 Construction License
  • Article 00720501 Network License

will be able to use the options 3D Plus, 3D Plus Online, and Special Baluster Profiles (iron basket, crescent, etc.) starting with their next software support renewal.

Users with multiple networked workstations will receive one free option for each workstation (e.g., a customer with 5 workstations will be able to use 3D Plus (Online) on all 5 workstations).  The update will be sent out with the regular software support renewal update.

The 3D Plus Online module is an extension, which allows users to upload their finished staircases to the internet. The 3D model of the staircase is stored on a server and the user can send a link directly to the customer or a business partner. Recipients of the link are able to view the 3D model of the staircase on the internet and are able to rotate, move, and zoom the staircase.

This extension can be an important sales tool. It is possible to show the customer different models of their potential staircase. In addition, this visualisation tool ensures that the customer is completely satisfied with the finished design.
