Flat steel stringers give the staircase a modern look and can be designed in a variety of creative ways.
The flat steel stringer staircases can be combined with the different railing variants from the respective CAD solutions. This gives the staircase an even more individual look.
The treads and stringers are connected by flanges welded to the steel stringer. The flanges can be oriented at 90° to the stringer edge or parallel to the tread edge. This allows the flanges to fit under small tread heads in any situation without protruding. Manual machining and inspection of the fittings is eliminated.
After design, the steel stringers are output as templates with the positions of the flanges and any holes marked. The stringer templates can also be saved as DXF files which can be used for the control of CNC flame cutting machines.
During the DXF export of the steel details, the dynamic flanges are labeled with an additional layer in the drawing. All flanges can be uniquely identified after export and in the parts lists by the tread number and stringer designation.
