The 5-axis HOMAG Centateq P-310 has been successfully installed. It complements an older 5-axis HOMAG HOMAG BOF 211 that was already installed in 2008. During the on-site installation, the team not only configured the programs on the new CNC machine, but also adjusted and optimised the configurations on the existing machine. As a result, the customer can not only produce more on the new machine, but also work faster and more efficiently on the old machine.
Escanor was so pleased with the optimisations on the old machine and the new developments in Compass Software that the stair manufacturer is now planning a second visit with one of our service technicians to further optimise the production process.
