BM-Magazine Publishes Compass Software's Case Study on CPI Trappen

Our case study on the Dutch stair builder CPI Trappen on the topic of "Nesting without Nesting Machine with Plate Optimisation 2.0" was published by the German BM-Magazine in December.

The Dutch CNC manufacturer CPI Trappen uses an innovative, self-designed work process to nest stair parts without the need for a specialised nesting machine. Owner Dennis de Zeeuw uses a standard 5 axis CNC machine and the Compass Software Plate Optimisation 2.0 module. The manufacturer saves 20% in production time and about 20% in material. Dennis expects to double his production next year from six to twelve stairs per week.
