After-Hours Team Spirit

Video games make every developers´ heart beat faster. Well, at least that is the stereotype. And there seems to be something to it, since some of our employees recently organized a group gamer night after-hours at the office.

On the one hand they played against each other with the classic Mario Kart, but teamplay was also needed. The group selected a virtual reality game called “Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes,“ which requires players to defuse a bomb by talking to each other and excellent communication skills.

We love this group activity! We are delighted that our employees show such great team spirit even after regular work hours, which strengthens our teams even more. A pleasant work climate and social harmony are very important to us. And whether you lose or win at the end of the night – we think everyone is a victor with this in mind!
