As part of this reorganisation, a new 5-axis CNC machining centre controlled by Compass Software was integrated into production. The machine in use is the Biesse Rover Multi PRO M G P 1665, a high-performance CNC machining centre designed for the precise and efficient machining of wood components. The machine is equipped with two independently operating spindles. This allows machining and set-up processes to take place in parallel: whilst one spindle is machining a workpiece, the finished part can already be removed from the second spindle and new material prepared. This enables a continuous production flow and high efficiency whilst maintaining consistent precision.
