Cuboids Considered for Calculation of Headroom

Cuboids are now included in the calculation of the headroom.

If a cuboid is used during the design of the stair to model a beam for example, it will now be taken into consideration when calculating the headroom. The respective measurements are calculated and displayed in the headroom dialog.
