Installation of third machine at K. van Sambeek B.V.

Our Service Department successfully completed the first part of an installation for a new SCM 5-axis machine at our customer K. van Sambeek B.V.’s workshop in the Netherlands. The customer Sambeek has been using Compass Software through our Dutch dealer since 2002. With the installation of the new machine, Sambeek is running a total of 3 machines with Compass Software.

​During the first part of the installation, our technicians installed the post processor, CNC programs for the positioning of vacuum cups and programs for milling. The team tested several different tread combinations, all of which were processed successfully and precisely. Furthermore, our service trained the customer in the usage of the barcode option for the positioning of the tread combinations. All in all, the customer is very pleased with the Compass Software and the installation of the new machine. The next visit is already planned for the beginning of July 2017.
