More security for your designs: Enhanced Auto-Recovery in Compass Software

No more data loss in the event of a crash - enhanced Auto-Recovery automatically backs up your designs and restores them if necessary.

In the latest version of Compass Software, the automatic recovery of design data has been enhanced and is enabled by default. If the system crashes during a design, or the program is unexpectedly closed - for example, due to a power failure - the software will automatically offer to restore the last version of the design the next time the software is started.

The backup interval can be set individually between 1 and 10 minutes. The default setting is 5 minutes. The settings are stored centrally in the database and apply to the entire network. If Compass User Management is used, the restore function can even be set individually for each user.

This extension provides additional security and ensures that your work is not lost in the event of unexpected interruptions.
