New for Processes for Routing Railing Parts Upright

There are new work processes for the upright routing of railing parts: different drillings for floor screws and new settings when sawing front sides.

The following drillings are now available during the upright processing of railing parts:

  • Drilling floor screw
  • Drilling floor screw (countersunk hole)
  • Drilling floor screw (capping)

The new settings make it possible to process floor screws that are used in the floor fillets for example.

Furthermore, users are now able to limit the maximum cutting depth on the front side of railing parts upright with a value. This is useful when different railing parts with non-identical dimensions, e.g., different lengths, are to be processed with the same predefinition. The limit ensures that the saw only reaches a certain maximum depth. The maximum depth avoids a crash of the sawing flange or the unit head with the railing part.
