New Label Function with ISO Code for the Felder H100 Nesting Machine

Finished machined components now leave the Felder nesting machine with the correct label already applied. This speeds up production and ensures clear identification, even when several staircases are nested on a single plate.

In day-to-day production, every step counts, particularly when several staircases are nested together on a single plate. The new label function for the Felder H100 automatically labels components before machining begins. This makes it easy to identify and assign parts to the correct staircase afterwards.

Labels are generated via barcode during programme creation. The data is calculated in the Compass system based on a predefined template and exported as a PNG file. The label's position, name and location are integrated directly into the CNC code. Using the label bridge, the machine then applies the labels to the nesting board before machining starts.

The result: a finished, precisely machined component leaves the machine already clearly labelled. The Felder H100 automatically feeds in the boards and mills the parts out of the nest. While this label function was previously available for other machines, it is now also available for Felder nesting machines, further automating the production of staircases.
