René Mischel Successfully Completes His Apprenticeship and Continues His Career at Compass

Thanks to his existing knowledge and practical experience in software development, René was able to enter the apprenticeship program directly in the second year and complete it in just two years instead of the usual three. We are very pleased about this achievement and warmly congratulate him on this important step in his career.

We are especially happy that René will remain with the company. Following his successful final exam, he has joined our Compass development team as a permanent Software Developer.
