We are pleased to announce that our Atlanta office keeps growing. As of May 16, 2016, we have hired Steven Chiu as our first Technical Customer Service Specialist. Steven holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and will be responsible for managing customer service in the U.S. and Canada.
Currently, Steven is being trained in our German headquarters to ensure the best quality of support for our customers. We are excited for Steven´s return at the end of July and being able to service our North American customers more promptly and efficiently in the future.
