Machine Installation at Konijn in the Netherlands

Our service installed a second 5-axis machine at our customer’s Hans Konijn Houtbewerking premises in the Netherlands. The company is specialized on making complicated staircases and produces staircase parts for other staircase builders. The customer already had one Compass Software operated machine. Because of the high utilization rate and rising number of orders, Konijn decided to purchase a SCM Accord CNC machine.

During installation service also optimized the table arrangement. The new programming enables the customer to produce 9 risers simultaneously, which results in a saving of time of 50%. Due to the significant increase in efficiency and since the installation process went so smoothly, Compass Software was able to satisfy another customer.
