New Installation at Dinkelholzbetriebe GmbH

Up until now, the company Dinkelholzbetriebe GmbH from Germany had been producing furniture with roughly 50 employees. At the beginning of this year they decided to venture into the stair building business. As a competent partner for this project, the company chose Compass Software. Furthermore, they hired three additional employees, who have already gained extensive experience in staircase manufacturing in the past.

One of the Compass Software technicians visited the woodshop in January to train the employees and to connect their 5-axis HOMAG Venture L.

One of the Compass Software technicians visited the woodshop in January to train the employees and to connect their 5-axis HOMAG Venture L. The CNC machine had previously only been used to produce furniture but is now also utilized to mill all different kinds of staircase parts. Dinkelholzbetriebe wants to specialize on narrow stringers, bolted, and folded staircases according to RCD guidelines. The CNC installation was completed after only three days on-site. The customer is thrilled about the many possibilities of the software and how fast and seamless the transfer into the stair building business went. We want to wish Dinkelholzbetriebe much success with their new venture and we are looking forward to future joint projects.
